I love all your Arya is Kind list. I can't believe people actually believe that she's not. She's my favorite so I'm a little bias but one needs to look no further than they way she whole-heatedly loves Jon regardless of his parentage in a time when her shunning him would be completely normal and probably expected. All the Stark children treat Jon like a true brother but Jon has always noted that it was Arya who seemed to cared for the bastard son the most and I love her all the more for it.

#in this blog i think it is safe to say that we all love Arya here#it's nice to be with people who love your favourite character as much as you do#sometimes it just saddens me when people don't understand her or belittle her or worst use her as a comparison to validate another character#i just want my baby to be happy#why can't people just leave her alone#ask AxG#reviewscentral#maria here

- Arya plucked a withered crabapple off a passing branch and whipped it at him, bouncing it off his thick bull head. “Ow,” he said. “That hurt.” He felt the skin above his eye. “What kind of lady throws crabapples at people?”
- “You look different now. Like a proper little girl.” “I look like an oak tree, with all these stupid acorns.” “Nice, though. A nice oak tree.” He stepped closer, and sniffed at her. “You even smell nice for a change.” “You don’t. You stink.” Arya shoved him back against the anvil and made to run, but Gendry caught her arm. She stuck a foot between his legs and tripped him, but he yanked her down with him, and they rolled across the floor of the smithy. He was very strong, but she was quicker. Every time he tried to hold her still she wriggled free and punched him. Gendry only laughed at the blows, which made her mad. He finally caught both her wrists in one hand and started to tickle her with the other, so Arya slammed her knee between his legs, and wrenched free. Both of them were covered in dirt, and one sleeve was tom. on her stupid acorn dress. “I bet I don’t look so nice now,” she shouted.
- “It was the easiest thing in the world for Arya to step up behind him and stab him. “Is there gold hidden in the village?” she shouted as she drove the blade up through his back. “Is there silver? Gems?” She stabbed twice more. “Is there food? Where is Lord Beric?” She was on top of him by then, still stabbing. “Where did he go? How many men were with him? How many knights? How many bowmen? How many, how many, how many, how many, how many, how many? is there gold in the village?” A Storm of Swords
